Injury Rehabilitation & Return-to-Performance
As a physiotherapist, I provide one-on-one support to help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence after injury. Whether you’re dealing with a recent setback or persistent pain, I guide you every step of the way to ensure a safe and effective return to sport. To ensure you’re truly ready, I conduct a Return to Play Assessment, using objective tests to evaluate your strength, mobility, and movement quality before you step back onto the field.
